A snowy easter sunday

It was snowing last sunday. The video here which I have uploaded today to YouTube shows what it was like in the morning of 23rd March 2008, in the back garden of our house. The snow did not fall heavily. It was such a lovely sight but not slushy and enough snow on the ground to warrant a snow-man. A beautiful change of scenery from the bedroom windows.

The one with the small goal post and the trampoline is my neighbour's back garden, Mr. Adam who has 2 toddlers and 2 school going kids. My back garden is the empty one with the washing lines. I play badminton with my kids there and come summer, I plan to just lie back on a reclining lazy chair sunbathing and spend time reading story books with a jug of orange juice by my side.(Did i just say sunbathing?, nahhh NOT short pants or tank tops, not for me)

Syana,

Snow is all nice but when it melts after a snowfall,it turns into brown slush in the gutters, u know, 'becak' just like mud back home.

hanna,
Yes , i do like snow especially in its flaky form in the air. Looks so pure, feathery and whitish.

I bet it was just enough to make ice kepal. I would have squirted some sirap in my mouth and stuck out my tongue, trying to catch as much snow as possible.
